Your bin will be cleaned in line with current rounds. We clean one separate area per day on a 4 weekly cycle, therefore we will fit you to be cleaned in line with this within 1-4 weeks.

Terms & Conditions for Our Services

We understand that terms and conditions can be a bit dry, but they’re necessary. We’ve tried to make them as interesting as possible. Happy reading!

Frequency:

We offer one-off cleans and 4-weekly service.
First-time and one-off cleans are priced at £10 (usually £15), followed by £6 per visit on a 4-weekly basis if you opt for regular service.
If you decide you want to join our 4 weekly service, please let us know within the next 4 weeks to avoid another First Time clean charge. (*Note: If your bin isn’t cleaned for any reason on 2 consecutive occasions, the next clean will be priced at £10.)

Payment:

After cleaning your bin, you’ll receive a text with a link to your invoice and payment options.
All payments are final. Refunds will only be issued if we’re unable to fulfil the clean, and they’ll be processed via the same payment method used.
Please keep your account up to date using one of the available payment methods.

Occasions When the Bin Doesn’t Get Cleaned:

Staff holidays, illness, or reshuffling of rounds may prevent us from cleaning your bin.
If your bill reaches £12 owed, or if there’s no effort to settle the bill, we may temporarily suspend your account.
Frequent “bin away,” “requested to miss,” or “bin full” instances within a 12-month period may also lead to account suspension.
Our goal is to provide service to our round of customers 90% of the time.

Contacting Us:

We prefer email or texts due to our busy schedule during working hours.
Email or text allows us to respond faster and more efficiently.

Cancelling Your Service:

If you wish to cancel or move out, please send us a message. It saves us time and ensures we don’t clean a bin without payment.
We appreciate your basic respect in return for our service.

Monthly Charges Per Visit:

Due to losses from missed cleans, all customers will be charged per visit.
Your bin must be available roadside for cleaning until 6 pm.
If bins are full, not put out, locked away, or requested to be missed, these will still be charged at £6.
Missed cleans result in additional costs for us (texting, fuel, time).

Text Reminders:

We’ll always text you the night before the clean.
If you’re on holiday, notify us by 9 pm the same day to avoid charges.
